Jam packed cruise with Wine, Beer and Food matching plus Exclusive Dinners
Chef Daniel has just returned from an amazing cruise aboard the Pacific Jewel in June 2017. It was one of the most fabulous cruises, he met some of the best passengers who really got into the feel of things happening on-board.
If anyone has been on board the Pacific Jewel you’ll be familiar with the Polar Bear who rides the elevators – Chef Daniel has taken to naming him “Max”. What a great chuckle it was to the passengers in the lift when doors opened to let Chef Daniel into the elevator and he announce in a loud voice “Hi Max!”. The amusement on the faces of fellow passengers was fantastic. Such a great moment it was that they all then came along and treated themselves to Chef Daniels show – fabulous!
For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of seeing one of Chef Daniel’s shows on a P&O Food and Wine Cruise you must get along and book some tickets. Not only does Chef Daniel deliver an epic demonstration but he hosts a number of dinners on-board as well. This cruise Chef hosted a dinner for more than 100 people catering for the entire menu in the gully kitchen, he personally cooked and prepared food for the guests that were booked into this event with the help of resident chefs on board

Chef Daniel was involved in Wine from Glandore Estate, matching their beautiful wine with the perfect food. Chef’s private and exclusive VIP Chef Table events were also paired with wines from Glandore Estate.
