We had the pleasure of seeing his demonstration onboard the Pacific Jewel sailing out of Auckland over the weekend. A really funny man with a serious talent for creating magic with food. What a joy to spend a couple of hours with him…………………only wish it had been longer.
Next time we are booking the Chefs Table experience.
Wouldnt mind being invited to the next family gathering of the blessed 350, and having him peel our shrimp faster than we can eat them.
