Ingredients
- 2 avodacos
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 250 grams brown sugar
- 150 ml Canola or vegetable Oil
- 70 grams cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams Self raising flour to make this recipe gluten free, substitute with Gluten Free flour

Instructions
- Beat brown sugar and avocado together
- Add in the eggs and cocoa, beat very well
- Add in vanilla essence and flour. Mix until smooth in texture
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray. Tap tray on the bench once mixture is all poured in to remove any air bubbles
- Place in the over for 18-20 min at 160 degrees
- Set aside to cool then place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours until set
- Cut into desired portions
