- 500 g chat potatoes cut into wedges
- Baby peeled onions
- 2 sprigs sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs sprigs of thyme
- 4 tablespoon tblspn duck fat

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 170 degrees
- In a baking dish place the peeled onion & wedge cut chat potatoes
- Over the top spread the rosemary & thyme
- Place 4tblspn of duck fat and toss together
- Place in oven for about 25-30min
