Ingredients
- 3 medium potatos sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 bunch thyme chopped
- Olive oil to dress onion
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 pinch black Pepper
- 250 g ling fillet sliced thinly

Instructions
- Cook potatoes on the BBQ
- Onion in a bowl mix the thyme, oregano and olive oil place on plate
- Cook the ling fillet on the BBQ then season with black pepper , chilli flakes then place on the plate
- Ready to serve and eat
