Serves 4 as a main

  1. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees
  2. To make the Stroganoff mix, season the flour with salt and pepper and lightly coat the beef strips with this seasoned flour.
  3. Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and sauté diced onion until transparent. Then add the beef strips and cook until brown
  4. At this point, add the Worcestershire sauce and cream and simmer on a low setting for 20 minutes
  5. Place the shredded potatoes, egg and paprika in a bowl and mix well - set aside for 10 minutes
  6. In a small, greased, ovenproof dish, place the stroganoff meat mixture and cover the top with puff pastry sheets
  7. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown
  8. Steam the carrots, beans and cauliflowrettes for 8 minutes while the Stroganoff is baking
  9. Heat another pan with enough oil for shallow frying. Patti out the potato mixture and fry individually until golden brown
  10. To serve; place Stroganoff with a side of steamed veggies, and hash brown as creatively as you wish
