12 yolks
Eggs
1 litre
Cream
300 gram
Caster Sugar
Best Bread and Butter Pudding recipe

As heard on 2UE Talking Lifestyles with Chef Daniel

  1. Bring cream to a slow boil
  2. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar till thick and sugar till thick and ribbon-like
  3. Add in hot cream
  4. Place the bread into the cake tin and pour on hot custard mixture.
  5. Cook at 160 degrees for 40 min until there is a good firm wobble.
  6. Serve with fresh strawberries, blueberries, chopped mint and a slug of whisky
