Chef Daniel Mixed Berry Pan cakes
  1. Place eggs in a bowl then pour in caster sugar whisk until fluffy
  2. In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites, until it forms a soft meringue like texture
  3. Fold the egg whites then mix in the yolk
  4. Pour in the butter milk, flour , berries and vanilla essence and mix through
  5. Heat up your pan and begin to cook the pan cakes to your the desired portion sizes
