Instructions
- Have your ingredients ready and separated into bowls to allow simplicity during your cooking process.
- Heat your pan on a high heat allow pan to become Smokey and add oil to your pan is well coated with oil.
- Sear chicken till golden brown in colour use a bit of Ouzo to cook your chicken then remove chicken once cooked.
- Using the same pan add oil into your pan and fry your chopped garlic, chili, thyme until aromatic
- Add tomatoes & fetta
- finish with chicken and shallots then plate up your dish as desired
