Chicken Thigh Strips
Thyme picked and chopped
large tomatoes grated
fresh chilies chopped
bunch fresh oregano
Ouzo for the flame
shallots finely chopped
Canola or vegetable Oil
Have your ingredients ready and separated into bowls to allow simplicity during your cooking process.
Heat your pan on a high heat allow pan to become Smokey and add oil to your pan is well coated with oil.
Sear chicken till golden brown in colour use a bit of Ouzo to cook your chicken then remove chicken once cooked.
Using the same pan add oil into your pan and fry your chopped garlic, chili, thyme until aromatic
Add tomatoes & fetta
finish with chicken and shallots then plate up your dish as desired
