Vanilla Essence
250 gram
Brown sugar
150 ml
Vegetable oil
70 gram
Cocoa powder

Eggs
250 gram

Gluten Free Avocado Brownie

Indulge your self and whip these little beauties up in no time

  1. Pour mixture into lined baking tin. Tap tin on the bench once mixture is poured in to release excess air pockets
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat brown sugar and avocado together
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time and beat very well
  4. Add in vanilla essence and gluten free flour. Mix together to achieve a smooth like texture
  5. Place in the over for 18-20 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and cool. Once cooler, Set aside in the fridge to set for 2 hours
  7. Cut into cubes and serve
