Linguine
400 gram
Hot Smoked Salmon
600 ml
Pure Cream
1 zest
Lemons
1/2 bunch
Dill
1/2 diced
Brown Onion
3 chopped
Garlic Cloves
3 sprig
Thyme
3 chopped
Birds-eye chilli
1/2 bunch
Eschallots
1 splash
Olive oil
1 pinch
Salt and Pepper
Hot smoked salmon linguine with spicy lemon cream infusion
  1. Fill a large pot of water with salt and bring to a boil
  2. Place linguine pasta in pot cook until al dente (Don’t refresh the pasta and keep some of the water to thin sauce if needed )
  3. Pre-heat the pan place olive oil in pan to make the sauce then fry the onion, garlic and thyme & chili until fragrant
  4. Pour cream and lemon zest into the pan add a pinch of salt and pepper place pasta into the pan allow sauce to thicken
  5. Remove pasta from pan and place into a bowl crumble the hot smoked salmon and fold through shallots and dill
