Mussels
1/2 chopped
Onion
1 Chopped bunch
Thyme
1 Juiced
Lemon
1 chopped
Birds-eye chilli
4 smashed
Garlic Cloves
1/2 diced
capsicum
1 can
diced tomatoes
Italian Mussels & Salmon in a red sauce

  1. Preheat pan then drizzle Olive oil ,throw in garlic with skin on & Chopped chili then stir and toss in thyme
  2. Place salmon with skin down first watch it plum then pick up garlic chili onto of the salmon as it cooks
  3. Toss in sliced Spanish onion
  4. Add capsicum red
  5. Turn over the salmon and place the garlic and onion capsicum on top of the piece of salmon
  6. Pour on top the diced tomatoes then add in mussels allow to simmer
  7. Add in the zest of the lemon on top of the salmon then juice the lemon to serve
  8. Best served with pasta or crusty bead
