  1. In a bowl place the mincemeat parsley, mint, onion, mix spices and salt mix together Roll and flatten into an oval shape.
  2. Pre-Heat a pan then add olive oil to coat , place the kafta mix in the pan cook rissoles on both sides.
  3. Salad
  4. In a bowl whisk lemon, sumac and salt while slowly adding oil
  5. Cut witlof leaves to 1cm squares and add to the dressing
  6. Place witlof leaves on the plate and the kafta on top finish of with a drizzle of olive oil
