1 bunch
Brocolli
1/2 diced
Onion
1 can
Crushed Tomato
1 pinch
Salt
1 pinch
Pepper
1 pinch
Chilli
1 chopped
Basil
Seared Scollop with Cous Cous

Pre-soak the couscous in a bowl of water and drain prior to creating this recipe

  1. Pre heat pan drizzle olive oil
  2. Cut brocolli into florets. Sear off scallops then add all ingredients
  3. Pour in crushed tomatoes then allow to simmer until slightly thickened
  4. Place Cous Cous in a bowl then add warm water. Soak for a while then drain. Toss in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  5. Add couscous to scallop mixture and serve with rice, garnish with basil and chilli
