Seared Scollops with Cous Cous
  1. Pre heat pan drizzle olive oil
  2. Sear off scallops then add all ingredients
  3. Pour in crushed tomatoes then allow to simmer until slightly thickened
  4. Place Cous Cous in a bowl then add warm water drain
  5. Toss through olive oil salt and pepper to taste
