  1. In preparation gather the parsley into little bunches so that the leaves are together like a bunch of flowers , then nip off the stems and begin to chop the parsley finely
  2. Pick the mint leaves and chop finely
  3. Place the Parsley in a bowl and the mint leaves together wash and strain thoroughly
  4. Once the parsley and mint has well strained, place the parsley & mint into a large mixing bowl then toss in the tomato ,onion and buckwheat
  5. Add in the dressing Olive oil, Lebanese mixed spices , lemon juice , and salt to taste
