Tuna Ceviche with a Savoury Pikelets
  1. Whisk eggs flour and butter milk together until ribbons
  2. .Add in the capsicums coriander onion
  3. Add in lime juice and zest
  4. In a separate bowl begin your ceviche mixture add in all the ingredient toss together and set aside
  5. Heat your pan then begin to cook the pikelets until Golden
  6. Place pikelets onto a dish then place the ceviche salad on top on the pikelets
