- 1.5 litres Pot of Water
- 1 inch Birdseye Chilli cut in half
- 6 Coriander Stalks
- 2 clove Garlic smashed
- 4 slices ginger
- 2 tbls Chinese wonton soup base mixed powder
- 2 Shallots Finley sliced

- Allow to simmer for 20-30 mins simmer for longer and it will allow to extend the flavour.
