Raspberries
3 cut into quarters
Figs
10 pitted
Cherries
1 teaspoon
Sherry
2 teaspoon
Caster Sugar
10 finely chopped
Mint leaves

Tart Shell (or shells)
Christmas Chocolate Tart

This recipe is created for a large pre-purchased tart shell however you can make smaller tarts with the filling depending on your needs

  1. Bring the cream to a simmer remove saucepan from the heat then place your chocolate into the cream stir till melted and combined together.
  2. Pour chocolate mix into the tart just under the brim
  3. In a bowl place cherries, raspberries and fig
  4. Add a splash of Sherry or Rum add in the sugar and mint give it a toss
  5. Pull out the tart after its set place the Christmas mix on top
  6. Dust over with Icing sugar to add to the Christmas feel
