Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Tart shell
- 500 g Dark chocolate
- 300 ml Cream
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 3 each Figs cuthalf
- 10 each Cherries pitted
- 1 Teaspoon Cherry or rum
- 2 Teaspoon Caster Sugar
- 10 Leaves of mint finally chopped

Instructions
- Bring the cream to a simmer remove saucepan from the heat then place your chocolate into the cream stir till melted and combined to gather.
- Pour chocolate mix into the tart just under the brim
- In a bowl place cherries, raspberries and fig
- Add a splash of Cherry or Rum add in the sugar and mint give it a toss
- Pull out the tart after its set place the Christmas mix on top
- Dust over with Icing sugar to add to the Christmas feel
