Red capsicum
2 whole
Yellow Capsicum
2 whole
Green Capsicum
1 zest
15 chopped
Cherry tomatoes
1 cut into wedges
1 crushed
1 pinch
1 splash
Olive oil
Fish Salsa
  1. Place capsicums on open flame, allow to char until black in colour
  2. Place charred capsicums in a bowl then cover bowl with cling wrap to allow the capsicum to sweat
  3. After 5 minutes, remove capsicums from the bowl and peel away the skin
  4. Toss in onion and cherry tomatoes
  5. Mix in oregano and garlic
  6. Drizzle with olive oil
  7. Serve in a bowl
