Ingredients
- 400 g Penne Pasta Boiled Eldante
- 1 Clove garlic chopped
- 1 Brown onion diced
- 1 punnet Cherry Tomato sliced
- 1 Birdseye Chilli chopped
- 20 g Capers
- 350 g Green Prawns peeled
- 2 Sprigs thyme to garnish

Instructions
- Pre heat pan drizzle olive oil into the pan
- Place the garlic onion and chilli allow to cook until golden
- Add in Cherry tomato, capers, and prawns
- Then mix in the pasta allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Garnish with thyme then serve
