Ingredients
- 1/2 can Corn Kernels
- 100g Button Mushrooms
- 1 Zucchini Cut into sticks
- 2 Carrots Cut into sticks
- 2 Capsicums Cut into sticks
- 30g Ginger Shaved
- 1 Birds eye chilli Chopped
- 1 Garlic smashed Smashed
- 2 Sprigs Chopped Corriander
- 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or wok
- Then Fry Ginger, Garlic & Chilli
- Add Chicken allow to cook
- Toss in vegetables
- Stir for 5-10 min
- Add sweet soy sauce ginger and coriander stir through then serve as desired
